Established in 1972 in Ancona as EUSEBI ANTINCENDI, the name was changed to EUSEBI IMPIANTI SRL in 1987 and it moved to a larger factory in the industrial zone of the provincial capital of the Marche region, where it remains to this day. In the years that followed, it began a highly productive collaboration with major Italian clients (FIAT, ENEL, ENI, PIRELLI, ANSALDO, FINCANTIERI) and a it also began to export its products. Sales offices and branches were opened in various parts of the world: Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, China and Chile.

Currently, following the acquisition in June 2015, it constitutes the Fire Fighting Division of the Valvitala Group, together with Silvani.
